Once I was where you may be right now. I was in constant pain.

It was so incredibly exhausting and demoralizing. And it was so frustrating—because nobody could tell me how to get free of it.

When I found bodywork, that was it for me. Finally, something that helped. Something that gave my body—and my whole self—real and immediate relief.

When I found bodywork in my early 20’s, that was it in another sense as well. I didn’t need to wonder where I was headed anymore. I knew that bodywork was the most powerful thing I had ever experienced and that I wanted as many people as possible to have access to its healing effects. I would learn bodywork so there would be more of it in the world. “Maybe I could even be a healer.”

After a few of life’s twists and turns I went to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. With my massage training as a foundation, I began to add other bodywork modalities, including Craniosacral Therapy and Prenatal Massage to my repertoire. Combining this formal education with the wisdom I gained from my struggles with my own body, as well as the incredible amount I learn from each of my clients, I have gathered a wide array of tools for healing.

So here I am. A healer. A healer who is here for you, if you want me to be.
