If you are in pain, I am glad you’ve made it here.

Together, we will work to figure it out.

Hi, my name is Helena Bader, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I offer holistic bodywork to relieve chronic pain, stress, and fatigue.

If you choose to work with me, the first thing I will do is ask you to share with me what you have been dealing with. In your first session I will use your description of your pain, palpation techniques (assessment through touch), and my knowledge of the human body to put together a rough sketch of what I think may be going on in your body. Then, bringing together techniques from multiple bodywork modalities, I will address your areas of pain and tension, working to create space and flexibility in your muscles, joints, and body as a whole.

If you choose to return for multiple sessions, I will be able to hone in on the patterns and postures that are the cause of your pain. As I help your body to release these patterns during our sessions, your body will begin to relearn its original alignment. Releasing the skewed and dysfunctional ways your body has been holding itself will cause the pain, tension, stuckness, or exhaustion you have been feeling to loosen its grip and fall away.

Now you know what the process of working with me looks like, and a bit about my approach and philosophy as well! If you think this type of work could help you, check out the rest of my site and book a session! If not, I’m still proud of you for looking into ways that you can feel better.

Working with the body is a powerful thing.

  • Helena B. Healing brings the healing right to you

I bring the entire massage experience right to your door, making your life very cozy and very easy! All you’ll need is to clear a space a couple yards long and make sure nobody in your house will be rampaging about and disturbing you!

But in all seriousness, once you book on the Schedule page, I’ll give you a call to talk through the logistics in full detail.
